Deciding what to drink can be overwhelming, hence the beauty of flights. Glorious flights allow the adventurous — or indecisive — drinker to try several different wines, beers, or liquors at once. We've tracked down 15 establishments in Austin offering fancy flights, from mimosas to mezcal.

The mimosa flight is a bottle of champagne and your choice of three juices: House Wine With wines by the glass on the menu, a flight is the only way to attempt to try them all.
Isla Sometimes we all need to retreat to a tropical paradise, and a strong rum drink can do the trick. This "island" stocks a variety of rums and has four flights curated by region, age, and flavor.
La Condesa The popular downtown restaurant offers two tequila flights and one mezcal flight. All three pair well with La Condesa's modern take on traditional Mexican food.
